New Customers:

1.Do I need to have an account to shop with you? -Ans : You can shop from our online store without creating an account and can place an order with guest checkout. However, creating an account will make your shopping process easier.

2.How do I create an account? -Ans : Click on ‘Create an Account’ mentioned on our homepage, you will be promoted to a page on which you will be required to fill out personal details in order create your account.

3.Why do I need to register to shop? We advise that registering with us is beneficial as it helps the customers; Remain informed about the special offers and discounts to avail them in time. Keep track of their order(s) from confirmation to delivery.

Orders:

1.How do I place an order? 

Ans: Following are the steps to place an order successfully: When browsing through our web, you can enter the quantity in the tab provided next to the product you wish to buy and click ‘add to cart’. You can add as many items as you wish to buy. After you have finished browsing and click on ‘proceed to checkout’ you will be promoted to a page on which you shall pick a payment method (different payment methods are available as addressed in FAQs (below) you will receive an email/SMS of sales invoice which verifies that we have received your order.

2.How long will my order take to arrive? -Ans : You will be provided with a tracking ID in order to keep a track of your order. Domestic orders normally take 3-4 days to arrive; whereas, international orders normally take 7-8 days.3.

3.Do you take orders over phone call or WhatsApp? -Ans : Yes, you can place your order on WhatsApp or phone call on our number+923008444329. Please ensure to provide the article number, color and size of the product you wish to purchase.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once orders are placed on website they are processed and dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed we will be unable to amend or cancel it and the respective order will be sent out to you. You will need to return the order in full for a refund.

5.What if my order does not arrive within the specified delivery time?

We try our best to deliver your parcel within the set time frame. Unfortunately, sometimes orders can be delayed due to unforeseen events or due to delays within the courier network or postal service. Other causes of delays include but are not limited to; public holidays, bad weather or custom delays for international shipments etc.

If you experience a delay with your delivery and the specified time frame suggested has expired, then please contact the ‘Customer Service Team’ at +92 3008444329. Please allow seven (07) working days for this investigation to be concluded.

2. What does Cash on Delivery mean? –

3. Is Cash on Delivery service offered to international clients?-

Ans : No. It is a service offered only to domestic clients.
